Chặn thư gửi đến Microsoft 365 theo tên miền

1. Đăng nhập

 Truy cập Exchange Admin Center mới: https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com  

Trong menu trái, chọn Mail flow → Rules.

2.Ví dụ chặn tên miền mmgroup.vn

1. Tùy chọn cơ bản

Bấm + Add a rule → chọn Create a new rule.

Name: mmgroup.vn (đặt tên tùy ý)

Apply this rule if: The message headers → includes any of these words

• Header chọn: From
• Giá trị: mmgroup.vn

Do the following

1.   Chọn: Block the message.
2. Sau đó chọn 1 trong 2 tùy chọn:
   • Delete the message without notifying anyone (khuyên dùng – xóa thẳng, không báo lại).
   • Hoặc Reject the message with the explanation (nếu bạn muốn người gửi nhận thông báo lỗi).

2. Tùy chọn nâng cao

Priority: 0 (0 là mức cao nhết)

Rule mode: Enforce.

Tick✅ Stop processing more rules

3. Lưu và kích hoạt
   • Nhấn Save.
   • Đảm bảo Status của rule là Enabled
